This time last week I was in Northern California in Sebastopol, Petaluma, Bodega Bay, Sonoma wine country, and San Francisco. We saw Lucia di Lammermoor on the hottest day of San Francisco’s history. But it was great with center Orchestra seats.
Here’s some pics:
Charming kites and candy shop on the highway overlooking Bodega Bay.
The Potter School, established 1873 used in Alfred Hitchcock’s movie, “The Birds”.
The “jungle jim” structure where the birds accumulated is now gone.
Heading towards the Golden Gate Bridge.
Amy & Josh on steps of San Francisco Opera House. Note reflection of beautiful City Hall.
Incredible beautiful City Hall built on the site of the former City Hall destroyed in the 1906 earthquake.
Charming little farm in the wine country.
Josh and Amy at country home used for weddings. Hmmmmm? 🙂
Wonderful wild flowers outside an antique store housed in a 1863 farm house.
In Sebastopol, incredible sculptures decorate a residential street.
One of the largest structures.
I wasn’t able to hook up with my Geocaching friend but I left her a “treasure” in Bodega Bay. You go, girl! 😉
